(user photo) Hole in laundry room from upstairs shower leak, this larger hole was made so that the leak could be "looked at". Nothing has been done about it and it has been like this for a month.

This place completely sucks! We moved in because we needed something immediately and it was the only place available. We have had nothing but problems. The maintenance people have no idea what they are doing and every-time we call the office they just put us off. They have even closed the laundry room an hour early before and locked all of our clothes in there overnight! Nothing works, all of the appliances are old and broken and they have MAJOR mold and plumbing problems that they will not fix. I don't care how desperate you are for a place to live... DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!

I agree!! I see people in the office signing leases when ever I'm there - I just want to tell them NOOOOO!!!!!!!!! It's absolutely horrible! My AC doesn't work, and has leaked over to the carpet..the carpet is soaked and they won't do a thing...so you know were going to have mold (more mold) I am working with housing to get them black listed.

Yea... our apartment flooded because a pipe busted 4 MONTHS AGO AND THEY NEVER FIXED IT. Our carpet got all wet so we are worried about the mold, too. Is there anything I can do to help get them black listed?
