That pretty much sums it up. I've lived in worse. We have the typical noise the walls are very thin. We live on a top floor. If you live on a bottom floor you'll hear EVERYTHING. This place is REALLY expensive for what you get...the 9 ft ceilings and crown molding are nice but there aren't any special amenities like tanning beds etc...amenities are pretty basic. The manager is really rude. If you leave them alone you won't hear from them at all but if you have a problem it sucks. The maintenance staff is awesome. For what you pay in a military town you might as well purchase a place to live. Its ok but definitely nothing special for what you pay in rent. The staff will tell you noise isn't a problem. Just be warned..you really can hear your neighbors sneeze if they're in the next room.
