Don't Judge a Book By It's Cover!!!

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
After having a bad experience at a previous apartment complex in Clarksville, Bristol Park seemed like a dream. After moving in however, I learned otherwise. The lying, misleading, fake and ignorant staff quickly sucked me in with their empty promises. I purposely chose an apartment in the back of the complex, with no backyard neighbors for privacy. But not two days later, massive bulldozers were outside my bedroom window at 6am where construction continued throughout the duration of my stay. There was no notice, none of my neighbors were even warned, and after complaining, no efforts were made to make the issue any better. In addition to the unwanted noise and dust from the construction, the apartment itself was nothing to brag about. The insulation was poor with constant drafts and bugs, the dishwasher and refrigerator were broken and never fixed after numerous requests, and there was mold EVERYWHERE including on the windows and in my closet (which damaged some clothes). The excuse I was given for all of the mold was that the apartment was built with poor-quality windows, and the only maintenance offered was a bottle of tilex. So the moral of the story is STAY AWAY FROM BRISTOL PARK!!
