DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Money, money, money!! If you like to overpay, have no service and get charged hidden fees, then this is the place for you. Take your money and rent a house, you will be much happier. We are a military family and have been in a lot of apartments and I have never had a worst experience. The apartments are small for what you pay for, you get charged $30 if you lose your wrist bracelet that you have to have to use the amenities. I know some people have no problem wearing a nasty bracelet all summer, but trust me it is not pleasant. The pet fee is ridiculous, the staff is rude and the location on Wilma Rudolph is a death trap. We have friends that also live in the complex and they got MICE!!! They waited for someone to come take care of the problem, which they were promised but after being ignored they had to deal with it themselves, not once did someone come and help. But when they lost their bracelets they had to pay $60. And when you don't notify them 60 days before you leave, even though you signed a contact that states the day you leave you have to pay a weeks worth of rent that you don't get to enjoy, you still have to be out on the contract date. Since we didn't notify them 60 days in advance we now have to $182 for a weeks worth of rent that we are not allowed to enjoy. My husband was away on training and I went back to Michigan to spend time with family and we did notify them that we were leaving, just not 60 days in advance. I'm also pretty sure that no matter how well I clean this apartment we will be charged a cleaning fee... and we have only lived in the apartment for 4 months. Bristol Park takes FULL advantage of their tenants.
