Rent Keeps Raising for like (Not) Luxury

Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
I have been a tenant for about a year now and they've raised my rent 3 times. This amounts to over a 30% increase in one year and want they're asking now puts the cost over what it costs for an apartment in the West End of Nashville...in Clarksville!
The dishwashers leak and are so loud you can't hear yourself think, the windows leak and the carpet is the cheapest they could find. Your money is better spent elsewhere especially in today's economic climate. Staff is professional but at these prices they can afford to be.
