First off the quality is crap, when you first move in you don't notice little things. The paint is really cheap and it seems as if you even lean something againt the wall the paint is scuffed. The insulation or windows, maybe even both, are crap. My electric bill was through the roof every month. The maintainence man came by with a laser thermometer and informed us the exterior wall were 5 degrees hotter than the interior walls, major energy transfer. The maintainence man also informed me that since the front doors and the kitchens are so close cabinets, whole cabinets have come off the wall because front doors slamming, destroying all the plates inside and anything on the counter top. And when it came time to renew the lease the rent went up $225.00 per month. The office staff was nice about it and appoligized and said that they had nothing to do with it and wished it hadn't happened. Turns out after speaking to the owners of the property the office staff voted on the increase. The girls up front come off nice but are bold face liars. The owners gave me some crap story blaming it on the economy but they easily could have made monthly notes with a much less increase. Parking is extremely terrible if I get off work at 5pm or later I have to park three buildings down. Me, I could care less but I worry about my wife making that long walk at night. The area is full of rape cases (hence scared for my wife) and car breakins, Bristol won't do anything about it. All the buildings have lights but my building hasn't had lights for over two months.
