The office staff is great and very helpful, as well as the maintenance staff. If I ever had a problem it was taken care of in a timely manner and fixed. It is relatively quiet except for a few Friday and Saturday night drunks, but that is expected anywhere military or college students stay. Pricing is very affordable as well. No complaints. I rarely hear the neighbors (only when running up and down the stairs), but I live in a town house so I have no one above or below me.
