Although you have to be income eligable to live here, if you are, this is probably the best income eligable place I've seen. I never feel like I'm in danger at night, the neighbors are okay and the staff are nice people.

Parking can be a problem, because visitors don't park in their designated area and at least in our building we've had problems with noise. But once we complained about it, it got better.

Any time we called for maintenance, they came within the same day. Overall, I would definately suggest living at Cumberland Manor.
