By far the worst place I've ever lived. Anyone with a phone can call a local police officer and here horror stories from this place.There has been many many many incedents here.They've had everything from break ins to drug dealing. You can stand at the bottom of the apartments and watch them selling dope right there in the street coming down the hill.I've walked out many mornings to find cars with their windows smashed out and things stolen. As for parking,don't bother keeping your ride looking nice, I've had everything from kids jumping on my car, to hitting it with balls, to people just plain smashing their car doors into yours.I've even woke up to a parking lot full of eggs.And don't bother calling maintanence they'll just hand you a bag of excuses,or at least don't hold your breath.speaking of holding your breath,the garbage that doesn't fall off the tops of peoples cars and lay in the street just winds up piled up like a mountain in front of the dumpster. They don't even mow those tiny little lawns or the swamppy back yards. And if you fall in that little sespool of a creek you'll probly grow a few more arms. But thats just my opinion. of course if you ask the staff they probly tell you, like they told me, that
the only time the law ever has to come is every once in a while they have husband and wives fighting. but hey if you don't mind 15 people in the apartment next to you blasting music, fighting(I've even had a guy hit a woman and she almost fell through our door), and run around cussing and carring guns.Or if you don't have anything of value ,your cars a peace of crap, or if you're a patient recluse on section 8 go right ahead. That's just my opinion though,your more than welcome to see for yourself. PS... Although the brochure says there is room for a washerand dryer there is also a water heater and central heat and air unit in there so you can only fit a small stackable (read college dorm)washer and dryer(not good if you have more than one kid)

Wow I dont know if you get these responses but I guess you really feel that it was really horrible.The pictures look so nice.But I guess deceiving from what you've said.I crossed this place off my list.I hope you were right about it.I also didnt even know that you had to be section 8 to rent here.Im not but now I know I cant rent there.
