I have lived in Clarksville for 7 years and this is by far the worst place I have ever lived. (I also lived on Chapel St. for a breif stint.)The police are here every 2 - 3 days for assaults, theft, fights, and many other things. Look at Clarksville 911 log for verification. Drugs are rampent and not kept behind closed doors. Alot of people that get arrested their are not living their "Legally". People misreprestent section 8 housing codes and laws. The landlord doesn't have a problem with the illegal activity as long as the Nashville manager doesn't find out. The dumpster was always overflowning with trash. My suggestion is if you still want to move in request a copy of police calls to "THE MANOR". Its not worth you health.

I agree BUT THERE COULD BE WOSE PLACES. i believe YOU SHOULD PLACE YOUR TRUST in God and not always in people. My apt was broke into because my next door neighbor was involved in drugs, and I felt compassion for him, but finally the management did the right thing by evicting him and now I am recovering from my property being stolen all because of trusting the wrong people. I do believe Clarksville Police could patrol more here, and someday they very will be forced to by our community that will demand it! I pray that people will learn to forgive but also that crime would lessen when neighbors would stop being nosy and be more concerned about each other through neighborhood watches, and when a problem arrises, perhaps first come to that person before alerting the police if it can be resolved without conflicts. I know that Crimes can hurt as I have been a victim more than once.
