These apartments appear ok at first but when you look closer, they are awful. The paint is several layers thick & the color varies in unusual spots throughout the apt. It appears as if they did touch ups w/ a darker paint. Old holes in the walls are poorly repaired. There are major mold stains on the bathroom ceilings from cheap paint & old leaks. I can clearly hear our neighbors talking (among other things) through the walls. The kitchen floor is peeling up under the cabinets & along the wall. The edges are jagged. The Cabinets are in very poor condition & so are the major appliances.
