This apartment is gross. It is flea infested and moldy from old leaks. It smells like mildew no matter how many candles, incense and other odor killers are used. There is hair painted to the walls which are paper thin. The appliances are old and cause the breakers to trip all the time. The bathroom is disgusting. The carpet is thin and out of date. The molding in the hall and bathroom is rotten. It is punishment to live here.

I completely agree. When we moved in the carpet was filled with hair, and there was so much hair painted on the walls, not to mention, a 3 year old can peel the paint off with their hands. None of the appliances ever work, and maintenance never fixes anything.
