From the outside, it might look half way decent, but it's the worst place I have ever lived. When I first moved in it wasn't so bad, but now that new management has taken over, it's just a miserable way to live. The management is beyond rude and is hateful to everyone. They do construction without notifying anyone, they move your property on your balcony's or patio's, there's never enough parking, the maintenance is horrible, and nothing ever works. (for example: A/C, dish washer, water, etc.) Not to mention they have roaches, and a deal with the worst carpet cleaners in town. All in all, this was the worst mistake of my life, and i hopw you don't have to go through it.

I do not agree with the cleanliness of the apartments. Mine was very clean when I moved in. I was given new appliances & carpet. The bug guy is by every other month to spray. I will say that I am upset that we were not notified about the construction, but I figure that is because of the new management. Carolyn was always up on that stuff before she left.

I think I would have to agree with the person who wrote the original post "Worst Experience Ever!" I have a friend who has lived there for a little over a year and has had problems since day one. Before she even moved in, she was told that "everyone" was getting new appliances and carpet. Great right, right. When they looked at the apartment, their were some things that needed to be addressed, i.e. the leaks on the ceiling from the rain, mold on the bathtub, just to name a few. Everything else looked fine or so they thought. They told management they wouldn't move in until they got the mold and the spots on the ceilings taken care of. So that was that and they did the job, a half ass job. All they did was rechaulk the tub and spray the ceiling with some type of stuff to hide the stains. What kind of ---- is that? And the only reason it is known for a fact that they sprayed stuff on the ceiling is because I was there one day after a good storm came through and the roof leaked again. Ok, so back to the carpet and appliances. Well the carpet was new, but the appliances weren't. The fridge was leaking and it took them forever to get it replaced. Then the dishwasher, not to mention the garbage disposal are worthless. When the disposal is operated it backs up into the dishwasher and when the dishwasher is ran, after its finished it still holds water. When brought to managements attention, several times, they pretty much let it go in one ear and out the other. And to top it all off, now the A/C is not working. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. There is no telling how many other rooms are like theirs. Not only is it sick, but unsafe for anyones health.

I completely agree with this review, the A/C doesn't work, the new managers are terrible, and as far as the bug guy coming every other month he must of got lost when it came to my apartment. I moved and I'm much happier now.
