Apartment is good for the price. Most tentants are friendly and normal. It is quiet for the most part and clean. Staff is friendly except new manager never answers the phone and did not notify anyone about the construction. Maintenance is great. They fix problems well and in a timely manner. They even will go out of their way to do something for you (like carry stuff in the house or fix a non-apartment related problem for you). They also pay extra attention to elderly tenants.
