I lived there for 3 1/2 years. Just moved out about 3 months ago. When new management took over the rent went up continuously with no improvement to my apartment. Before long maintence almost refused to do any work. My hot water knob came off on my bathtub and I couldn't turn the water on. It took them 2 days to come fix it. Management is rude. They leave the answering service on all week and phone calls are not returned. My air conditioner leak freon and instead of buying a cheap part to fix it, they filled it up twice a week. If they missed a day, my air would be out in the middle of the summer. It would go out about every 2 weeks anyway. I sent a letter to the management company and it still wasn't fixed. Ground rules are not enforced. Parking late at night sucks. You'll end up 3 buildings away from your door. Washers in laundry room will bleach your dark clothes from where they are so old they don't rinse out well. They only good thing I can say is management doesn't bother you.

I am sorry to hear that your stay was not a good experience. I became the new manager of Hunter Chase the first of July. I wish I had more of an opportunity to make things right for you!! Rents have gone up but we have a list of things that are being upgraded such as resurfaced counter tops, new appliances, new decks, new windows, new roof so no more leaks, and resident functions. We hired a new maintenance supervisor shortly after I started and now have a great staff ready to take care of our residents. I wish you the best!! Sincerely, Andrea Day, Property Manager
