There is absolutely no maintenance, the manager is very rude. They don't spray!! They don't fix things. We have lived here for about a year and half and it was o.k. in the beginning then things went downhill. Not only did we have problems, but our neighbors have had tons of problems. We have turned her into housing, because we are military. And my husband's Chief has also talked with her about these problems, and she was rude with him. This place will be black-listed soon, so you need to keep check on the military list before even thinking about living here. We have had a leak for approximately a month and a half and she doesn't want to fix it or adjust our electric and water usage. This place is not highly recommended.
