Management does nothing to quiet neighbors who are VERY LOUD nor the loud music that can be heard through the complex. We had a problem with ants and had to literally threaten to sue to get the management to do anything about it. Also the appliances are very old. They do however do a good job about painting and cleaning the area.

IF YOU HEAR NOICE, ALL ONE HAS TO DO IS POLITELY ASK AND THE MUSIC WILL STOP. I PERSONALLY HAVE NEVER HEARD IT. GUESS I AM IN A NICE QUIET AREA. EVER HAD ANY TROUBLE WITH ANTS OR BUGS. GLAD TO BE OUTA FLORIDA, WHERE THE ANTS AND ROACHES LIVE. HARD TO EXTEMINATE ANY WHERE YOU LIVE. ANTS DO LOVE SWEET STUFF, SO PERHAPS THE TENANTS AUGHTA HELP OUT A BIT AND KEEP THEIR PLACES CLEAN. APPLIANCE WORK GREAT AND ARE CLEAN, DO NEED UPDATEING, BUT FOR WHAT YOU SAVE HERE NO COMPLAINTS.

Well first off I am very clean and I take offense to that. The ants were coming from the bathroom fixtures. I lived on the second floor. Who eats in their bathroom??? My neighbors were clean as well. Management did nothing until I threatened to use based on a statute they were not abiding by. Course I have never had roaches, so maybe some should never cast stones. Noise IS a major problem. Neighbors, cars w/ loud stereos, highway noise, ... Oh and management did nothing about the solicitors who preyed on the complex after dark---even though many of the residents were spouses of deployed soldiers. Safety was not a primary concern. Police were out there ALL the time. There are numerous affordable places to live, so spend your money else where. Pretty sure you are the manager trying to talk this pithole up.

I agree it does get a little loud and they appliances are definantly OLD! my dishwasher is so loud you can hear it in the parking lot and I have complained about it and they havent come in the 6 monhts I've lived here to fix it. I agree spend your money elsewhere.

I totally agree with JJ. You (CatherineJohnson)sound a lot like the German lady who worked in the office before the Wrath of Nancy took over. I have NO IDEA where you lived but it surely wasn't Paddock "the Projects" place. Everything is really up to date if you're in a Brady Bunch episode from 1977 and as far as the price I could get a 3 bedroom house where I can walk my dog without fear of the Gestapo singling me out. Now if I want to play my thumping rap at all hours of the day and I'm of the minority no one would hassle me. Anyway go somewhere else....3 years was 3 years to long.

u hated it and lived there for 3 years? i find it hard to believe that it is management's fault that something didn't get fixed for 6 months; you act as if you put it in their face everyday for 6 months and nothing was done; you had to have known that there were other people to call, including HUD, if you were unhappy for a reasonable reason
