I read the reviews and I really couldn't believe what I saw. The only thing I have to say is "YOU ARE LIVING IN AN APARTMENT"!!!! I have also had ants but you are in Tennessee it is the ant capital. I have never had a problem getting any work done in my apartment and the staff is great. I love the fact that they enforce the rules. If they didn't what kind of place do you think this would be.. Do people really think that you can live somewhere and be in a lease and don't think that they have to follow the rules. I would recommend Paddock Place to everyone. THEY ARE GREAT!!!!

Please advise the rest of us what you did to get management to fix anything. I'd like to know what you got done fast because my thermastat has been broken since I moved in almost a year ago and they still wont fix it, though I have complained over and over. I like for the rules to be enforced also, but they arent being enforced. Do you look outside at night at all? There is a no loitering rule but it isnt enforce. Any night of the week you see groups of buddies just standing around. And the children are to stay on the play ground attended by an adult but they run in front of cars with their bikes. I find they enforce the nit picky rules and not the rules I moved into my apartment because of. Oh and how about the bushes that are so tall they look like trees or the fact that the lights in the parking lot tend to be out for weeks at a time before being replaced? You think that is "great"? I dont know about you but I dont go outside after it gets dark. But of course some people are happy living in state funded homes too. I'm counting down the days untill I get to move. Now, dont get me wrong This property used to be a good place to live. It's just in the past year that they have gone DOWN hill! Im not all that picky i realize that it's an apartment and your close to neighbors but the MANAGEMENT SUCKS! and they are rude when you call to let them know something needs to be done.

Enforce the rules??? Where do you live? If you live at Paddock "Lincoln Homes part II" Place you'd realize that every sign posted at the entrance of the parking lot isn't followed (noise, loitering, speeding, solicitations)on top of the nightly block parties hosted at any given apartment on any given day. How about the thugs or wannabe thugs that walk around in the dark at all hours of the night looking for "something" to do, I guess?(maybe getting a job would be a good start)How about all of the unsupervised kids wandering around? The people who pull their grill up on the second floor patio and GRILL (smart). All I can say is where is the COURTESY OFFICER they advertise and who used to patrol every night when I first moved in a couple years back? I could go on and on about how this place sucks worse than a $2 ----- but I'm tired of wasting anymore of my time on stressing about this pit.

If you are having a problem you should tell the office. I have lived here and not had any problems. I have lived in other places in Clarksville and they are far worse. Paddock Place is great. If you are that unhappy with renting why rent?? Buy a house!!! Renting is not for everyone. I do go out at night no problems. It seems that all of the neighbors get along and that is probably what you see because what I see is several grilling out and enjoying being with each other. Of course some people just think that they are above everyone else or at least that is the way you make yourselves sound.
