Well, this area apparently is not the best area and unfortunatly I did not know that when moving in. The apartments are really small and not well kept. I have a lot of damage in the kitchen in mine and when you walk on the carpet your feet feel gross because of how dirty the carpet is. The carpet is visibly dirty as well, all stained. The toilets leak when ever it rains which gets everything wet. When I first moved in, it was not clean at all, I had to clean everything before I used it. The kitchen is tiny, there is barely room to move and it is so old in there and is just falling apart bit by bit. One of the kitchen drawers has dead ants in it and everytime I clean it out, more end up in it again. It had a really bad smell to it too which unfortunatly I didn't notice before we moved in. You can hear anyone walking within the building, but I never hear tvs or people or anything, just the walking. The one lady who runs the place is rude and not friendly at all, but the maitenance guy seems nice. All in all, I would not suggest it, everyone tells me I shouldn't have moved here and the one couple who we talk to who also lives here hates it too. And I wish I was told about the extra pet rent before I signed the lease. Way too much money for this junky place, look elsewhere.
