I have lived here for almost a year and am breaking my lease early to move out. My apartment floods everytime it rains and I found black mold in the carpet and the base board under the carpet was rotted. Every single time I contact the office, the manager is very rude and unprofessional on the phone. Very few service calls that I've made have ever been answered. I have gone in and watched the manager write a service order down, and she still never sends maintenance out to fix things. The apartments are old, but with some renovation, could be very nice. The management company keeps raising the rent, but does nothing to fix any of the problems. I would not recommend this place to anybody. They're way too expensive, and badly kept.
