I currently live in one of the town houses at the "Pointe". Within the previous 6 months, I have issues with the quality of construction. First, there is horrible sealant at the doors and windows. Second, the kitchen leaks when my wife or myself takes a bath. Third, the amount of hot water is ridiculous... I.E. If I take a hot shower for about 10 mins, she cant take one for the next 3-4 hours. Fourth, I realized that my A.C. didn't work, of course it was too late stuck in the middle of an 80 degree day. However, every problem that I had I contacted the office and they had someone there within minutes. Great customer service for the most part, in that all of the nuances were taken care of rather quickly. The outdoor park is cool and great for excerise, and the basketball courts are a nice touch (except when school lets out and it is completely saturated by smoking juveniles). My only complaint is there are no lights, you need a lamp for every room. There are no switches that you can flip to turn on an overhead light. Also my wife swears that she can heart the nieghbors from the upstairs bathroom, but I never could. All in all, a good place to live, everything considered.
