We lived in a 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bathroom here for about a year and a half, and we had very few problems. Some of the neighbors had loud music and the walls are thin so you can hear everything. Just about everyone is military, and when the soldiers got deployed to Iraq, they gave us a 50% rent discount for the whole year. That was great. Some spider and ant problems, but that comes with all apartments Im sure. Always plenty of parking, and well lit. One of the biggest downfalls is there are no dishwashers, and that was a big pain. Never had any problems with the management. During the springtime storms though, the electricity went out all the time. Sometimes it didnt get turned back on for 3-4 hours, which wasnt the greatest. A lot of big pretty trees all around, so its not a good place for a satellite dish. The pool was only cleaned during the summer, the rest of the year it was nasty and very dirty. The master bedroom was very spacious, but the closet is super small. The second bedroom was big enough for both of our kids, and their closet was bigger than the master, but still on the small side. Both bathrooms were pretty tiny, but I really liked the shelves in the upstairs bathroom. The windows were painted shut when we first moved in, so double check yours. The outside of the apartments look old with rotting wood, but I guess its fine since the apartments are still standing. It seems to be going downhill lately though; within the past 2 weeks we?ve heard gun shots on 3 different nights. Last night was the scariest; it sounded like the gun was shot right outside our front door and it sounded like a shotgun. About 5 minutes later, 2 police cars and an ambulance came driving in, but hopefully nobody was seriously injured. Its about 10 minutes away from Ft. Campbell, theres Super Wal-Mart right across the street, and plenty of fast food places close by.

"very few problems" you say...LOL. After reading your review, I'm guessing that line is a bit of sarcasm....
