This place is nothing but ghetto. Rent is too high for the lack of quality. The apartments are extremely small with almost no closet space. No dishwasher! No reserve parking. Not very safe for small children due to the excessively fast traffic in the parking lots and neighbors doing drugs on front porches. Extremely noisy inside and out. No security for nights. Poor insulation in the winter and drafty windows and doors. Electric bill in triple digits. I lived here for two years and their was at least two shootings in the complex. Definitely not a family environment.
