More than anything, this place is a pretty dangerous place to live. We still have to live here for 6 months and we are already looking for a new place to live. In the past month a S.W.A.T. team has come to an apartment just a few down from ours and broke down their door and then a few days ago I woke up to a gunshot going off and having to call the police. As far as parking goes, there is no set space for you, but people usually park in the same places. If you have two cars though, I'd imagine it's more difficult. The walls are paper thin so you can hear everything---you can feel a lot of it too. When the S.W.A.T. team broke down the door a few doors down from us, it shook our entire apartment. A lot of people doing drugs around here and it doesn't seem to matter. Also, you get lots of solicitors!!!! Even though there's a sign stating that no solicitors are allowed, they don't seem to care and the office doesn't seem to enforce the rules against it. The rooms are small, closets as well. Both bathrooms are small and there's an area in the back of the apartments that looks like a small creek or ditch it seems to attract quite a bit of mosquitoes after an accumulation of water has built up there. Windows are drafty, electric bill quite a bit higher than we're used to and there's no dishwasher!! A lot of the apartment needed repair when we moved in (little things like towel rack, bottom shelf in the refridgerator) and we're still waiting for most of it to get fixed for the first time or AGAIN because they didn't fix it properly the first time. Overall, if you're not looking for thin walls, bad neighbors and a dangerous area than this is NOT the place for you. Keep looking.
