So let's start with a look from the outside. Don't be fooled by the new paint and signs they've recently put up - it does not indicate how your apartment looks inside. Besides, they didn't redo the siding, they merely painted over the chipping wood. If you want to get a feel of how the apartment is, drive by at night. The strangers hanging out in the parking lot taking up your parking space blasting their music and staring at you like you owe them money will do the trick.

There was an incident where they didn't pick the garbage for two weeks making you feel like you live in the dumps. Another incident where my apt was infested by flies. When I went into the office and complained .. she looked at me like I was crazy and that it was not her problem. They told me it was my fault for leaving the door open although I had not been out for two weeks prior due to severe allergies.
But that's just the nature of that office. The lady that works there is rude and unprofessional.

If you are willing to live with spiders, ants, noise, rude people, no parking (esp on the weekends), a heater that doesn't work, and a fridge & oven that sucks ... then this is the place for you. Good luck, buy a gun like we did .. you just might need it.

The only reason I did not breach my contract is because the army promised us it would not be a long stay, and thank God it's true I am happily packing as I write.

IM SO TIRED OF EVERYONE ALWAYS BEING SO DAME BITCHEY ABOUT STUPID THINGS,I HAVE LIVED HERE FOR 6 MONTHS NOW AND ACCTUALY THEY DID REPAIR SOME OF THE SIDING I SALL THEM, THEY PUT UP BOARDS TO REPAIR SOME OF THE BAD SPOTS AND THAN PAINTED. I PERSONLAY AM VERY HAPPY WITH MY APARTMENT, AND THE IMPROVEMENTS! ATLEAST THEY MADE SOME. SOME PLACES THEY LET IT GO TO THE GROUND. THAN I JSUT HAVE TO COMENT ON THE FLIES. GOD DID YOU LEAVE THE GARBAGE OUT FOR 2 WEEKS? IT SOUNDS LIKE YOUR THE ONE WITH THE PROBLEM. CLEAN MAYBE...
