In Oct 05 my husband and I signed a lease with Shannon Woods. We were shown a townhouse that had pretty nice appliances, and looked very nice. They told us that the unit available would be on the other side of the buildings, that the one we were looking at was their show home. We didn't think it would be much different so we signed the lease. When we moved in, it was awful. The appliances were old and nasty, the carpet that they said had just been cleaned...was so dirty that it filled up a whole bag in our vaccum. There were Kool aid stains all over the floor and stairs. Our bedroom door had been chewed up by whatever type of animal...they just painted over it never replaced the door. 599 a month for rent for that dump was not worth it, look else where.

kool aid stains, come on, did u taste it. Im sure that wasnt the case. your probably just pissed off because you trashed the place when u left and were left with a bill. Come on deal with it.
