If you're single or just a married couple with no kids this is a livable place to crash while you settle into Clarksville and do your first tour. The location is convenient (walmart is right across the street, yeah the one where an innocent bystander was shot in broad daylight in a drive-by), and Fort Campbell is a 5 min drive, but otherwise its worse than the barracks. Management changes hands so frequently that no one seems to really take any pride in improving the place drastically. The sidewalks are often littered with beer bottles and the trash dumpsters remind me of Iraq.
