UL isn't completely terrible. It's like living in a frat house though a lot of the times with people partying, leaving a mess, and being generally rude to you. Apart from the tenants the place is pretty good though. All of your bills are included and your apartment is fully furnished. The staff is great at working with you if you need help with anything and they're nice whenever you see them. I would recommend it to anyone that's short on money and doesn't want to live on campus.
