In one word, garbage! Kitchen faucet constantly drips, they say keep moving the lever until it stops, doesn't work. A/C stops working, they've got to get another complex maintenance worker to come look at it, and maybe fix it. There is no assigned parking, first come first serve, and some apartments have buddies come over and they take up the spaces closest to YOUR apartment. Have a noisy neighbor' Tough! You can tell them to turn it down, but, it does no good when they know nothing else will be done. You can call the resident police officer, if you had their number.. Like to be a voyeur' Can't help it here. You can hear everything your neighbors do. The laundry room is a joke. People take their wash down and start the washer, they MAY come back to switch over to the dryers in about 2 hours. And absolutely noone has learned to clean up after themselves. For $520 a month, what exactly am I paying for'
