My husband and I lived there for a year. When we moved in last year they were owned by Brookside apts. In the spring they were bought out by Tn metro apts. In that 8 month spand they went through at least 10 mangers at wallace glen. They lost paper work and claimed we owed them $300.00 for pet rent we already paid. They tried to charge us $75.00 for painting our bedroom wall(which was just your normal ware and tear.) I got my tire stolen off my 2001 Honda Civic and atleast 2x a month people come up to your door trying to sell you a cd,or claiming they need money can they borrow some. Everything is old in the apts and maintainance takes forever to fix anything. They didn't even open the pool til mid July cause they are so slack............all in all its a horrible Apt Complex.
