I can hear the train 1/2 mile away like if I'm outdoors. The planes that fly directly overhead sometimes will wake you from your sleep. I've been in homes in the same area with better noise control. We are upstairs and have three teenagers. It is hard to control how much noise they make sometimes, and I feel terrible about our downstairs neighbors having to put up with us. If I can hear the train outside, I wonder how loudly they hear us' Very cheap quality for $1200/mo. The master bedroom is always cold in the winter and hot in the summer due to the location of the furnace. (at one end of the house) Also there is a need to fix the pot holes in the drives.
