All you could ask for in an apartment. The management and maintenance staff has been friendly, quick to respond, and courteous. I am lucky to have wonderful neighbors in my building and have heard the same from other residents in different buildings. My one and only complaint is I live on the bottom floor and I hear my neighbor upstairs opening cabinets, watching tv, and walking around. And if that's my only compalint about an apartment--it could be worse.
