Do not let their curb appeal fool you. This place is awful!!! The staff suck, they dont know what they are doing, the maintenance takes weeks before they even come to your apartment, then when they get their they do not have the parts to do what they have to do!! My lease is almost up and i cannot wait to get out of here!!!!!!! The money to live here is just not worth the pain. This is my home that i have to come home to every day and if everything is broken and all this crime thats happening right here on the property is just awful. Oh, and if you hate bugs, then you will HATE it here. They have bed bugs that are HUGE and roaches and mice are everywhere!!!! They had to evacuate a few buildings because they bugs were so bad!! Dont let them fool you into moving here like they did me and allll of my miserable neighbors!

I find this posting odd... as I've lived here five years next month and have NEVER had any of these problems! Here and there a spider, mosquito, ladybug etc. will find its way in, but as to bed bugs, roaches, and mice??? Not in my case, and not in any cases of the long time residents that I've come to know in my five years here! I think a measure of a communities allure is the number of residents that stay several years or more, and there are four families in my immediate apt. "pod" that have been here four or more years!! In addition, I know of 11 other families that have been here that long or longer..... And I'm not the most social person, so I'm sure there are many more I don't know of! :o) I've never had a problem with maintenance requests, and in one case where my air conditioner conked out on a hot summer night, Bob The Maintenance Man came out and fixed it in the dark.... after hours!!!! I mean, there ARE 200 apt.s here, so you sometimes have to wait your turn if you have many requests ahead of your call..... but that should be expected? I have NEVER had it take more than two days for help, and that was when I called on a Sat. right before closing. As to the staff "sucking?" Perhaps it is all in how you treat/approach them....? I find them friendly and helpful... One of our favorites is Paul The Handyman who is actually a man my teen son considers a friend. Paul and the office staff wave and greet you..... esp. if you make the effort to be friendly and courteous with them! I have to agree with those that post that the second gate needs a key swiper access reader so both gates can be used. I would hate to have to drive all the way around and go over all the speed bumps every time I went out.... My only personal complaint is the fact that many of the residents with dogs refuse to follow the rules and take their dogs to the two BIG dog walk areas to go to the bathroom. I find it disgusting that they let them go wherever they want without regard to kids/people who play/walk in the grass and throughout the complex. Perhaps THEY don't consider dog droppings a germy problem because the pets are theirs and they love them.... but those of us who don't have pets (and don't love those pets that belong to other people)consider it an infringement upon OUR rights to a clean, healthy living space. (That was my own little rant....) Overall, I'd just like to say that I have loved living here. Our family never planned on staying here more than a year or two, but once we were here and my son made friends and we got to know our neighbors....... well, we haven't felt inclined to leave! lol P.S. I'll have to check with the office tomorrow... as I am unaware of "all this crime thats happening right here on the property".... Wonder what I've been missing? (scritching head in confusion....)
