Not good maintenance .. no response at all

Years at this apartment: 2009 - 2009
 
If you call maintenance , they will take days to respond. Even you need to do followup and remind them. And emergency maintenance always will deny and say that this against their rules. Its a good looking housing community with not good maintenance.
