Staff is great and same with the maintenance. Mostly families that live here so there are quit a few kids. Just painted the outside of all the buildings and sealed the whole parking lot. Downside is that it's not real close to any stores and fast food other than Walgreen's. Overall the best places that I have lived since moving to Memphis
