A beautiful apartment complex, most of the staff is friendly. However if you have a major maintainence problem, DON'T expect it to get fixed. We love our apartment, but are moving because after eight months they have not fixed our windows. When we first complained we were told it was just bad construction. We complained to the management company and a contractor was sent out to identify the problem. The contractor identified the problem, however the company still hasn't fixed it! It also took them two days to fix our leaky sink! We were told to place towels on the window sills to keep out the outside air, or to put plastic on them. When we checked our lease, it specifically said you could not put plastic on the windows! The lease also has a tiny clause that says that the company isn't required to do any kind of maintainence on the apartment.
