I just moved into these apartments, and i think that every cent is worth it here. The grounds are beautiful!!! I do not know what the person before was talking about, but there is soo much landscaping involved in this community, its gorgeous!
& the staff are great! there are only 3 of them for the whole complex, which is very small to begin with so you would only need 1 trash compactor! I moved in and got a lake view and they trimmed my bushes for me and made me a gate, and a walkway path to the lake too! The staff have been nothing but great to me since the first day.

The ONLY issue that i have here is i think that the exterior building just need to be painted again, but its an apartment and some people just need to realize it. You live in Collierville, TN. If you want cheaper apartments, then go to the ghetto in Cordova or Memphis and get your stuff broken into!!!!

Posted this elsewhere, but I heard of many more break ins and violent crime at Dogwood Creek than in the "ghetto" of Cordova. Also, if the trash was picked up more than once a week you can get by with only one dumpster, but with as many families as live in that "very small" complex of at least 8 apartments per building and more than a dozen buildings... you need more trash pickup.
