I should have know after viewing the apt complex the first day to turn and run. The employee was late for work and when my husband mentioned his tardiness the employee was rude. The apt we chose had leaves on the carpet and was not very clean he assured us it would be ready for us a month later. We moved in late on a Sunday afternoon and the apt looked exactely the same, every leaf sill in the same spot as before. When I called and left a comment no one returned my phone call. Well today I awoke to find a ticket from the management co for parked in an unmarked handicap spot. I do not mean fadded paint this spot is totally unmarked. I am dissatisfied with the employees here and the cleanliness of this apt and complex.
