My apartment smelled like cat urine when I moved in and still does four months later. The entire apartment can be described as old and worn out. The carpet is old, flat and stained, the walls are drab, the heating and cooling is old and inefficient expect $100 a month bills for electric and gas utilities, the water runs slow and is expensive, expect monthly water bills of at least $20.
I signed a 6 month lease and agreed to give them 60 days notice of moving out. Now with 60 days to go they want my notice or I have to pay fees of nearly a $1,000 and some strange default month to month arrangement where if I'm here a day past 60 days from now, my rent goes up $300 a month and I own a full months rent that day and have I to give another 60 days notice!
I've found an apartment 5 miles away that is just as safe and is $150 a month cheaper in rent.

You know what you get for $150 less per month... CORDOVA!! Good luck out there... LOCK YOUR DOORS!
