In just over a week from now, I will be a 9-year resident of the Dogwood Creek community. I have been very satisfied with my living space and all that comes with it. I considered moving to another place after I lost my job and was notified that upon renewal, my monthly rent would increase by $20.00. But my subsequent search for a new home led me to conclude that I would likely sacrifice more than I would gain by moving. The staff is friendly, the parking is sufficient, the maintenance is reliable, the paving and grounds are well-kept, security and safety concerns are virtually nonexistent, neighbors are cordial and quiet, the construction and condition of the units are sound, and any problems that may develop are resolved promptly. Even with the increase in rent, I believe Dogwood Creek is a great value.
