I've been living in the Legacy Farm Apartments for 5 months. Out of all of the complexes that I have lived in in the Memphis area, this one is by far the best. The complex is new and I am the first occupant of this unit. The rooms are open with tall ceilings and lots of windows. There is ample closet space in each bedroom. The master bathroom is large with a garden tub. Carpets are soft and fluffy. Complex has a car wash area, sparkling pool, business center, clean laundry facility and a good sized gym with free weights, machines, cardio equipment and seperate playroom for children. The security gates at the entrance add a bit of security to the complex and while there are not security systems in each apartment there are two deadbolts on each door. Parking is ample and garages are available for an additional charge each month. I have had to put in two maintanence calls since I have been here (one for mailbox and one for hot water heater) but both times were taken care of before the day was over. Office staff is friendly. Complex is convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, banks, shopping and the interstate. I honestly cannot see myself leaving any time soon.
