I moved into these apartments and what a mistake. Management does not care. I have reported noisey neighbors and they say put it in writing. I reported a scarey solicitor and they said report it to security. They do not want to know about the problems. I vacated the premises and moved into another rental before my lease expired because I could not take it any more. This complex needs people who care and will help you. Our upstairs neighbors know they will not be kicked out so they continue the noise and I'm sure the management doesn't know how many people actually stay there. It is terrible! I would never move into Legacy Farm again. Nice buildings and apartments, too bad management will not help you once they have your signature and your money.
