I lived in Legacy Farms in 2001, seems after reading the two negative reviews on the web site that nothing has changed. Beautiful place , but the management cared not for the renters or their problems. We put up with the noisey neighbors upstairs for a year. The office told us to call the police. Finally after no other resolution, we called the police and they told us to take it up with the rental office. So just a circle which resulted in a lot of sleepless nights. I'd rather live in a tent, in the woods next to a bug invested creek, with a dog eaten up with flees as the manager. jrl
