I moved into Legacy Farms because they have a big kitchen and living room. So far, everything seems good. Maintenance could fix issues faster, but they get them done. When I had an ant problem last summer, management had someone out in a reasonable amount of time, eventhough it took a couple of visits to resolve the ant issue. The apartments are very noisy. You can hear the neighbors use the bathroom, but it's not their problem just poor insulation. Parking and the driving area is poorly designed and hard to see vehicles when pulling out of parking spaces.
