I relocated from Massachusetts to Collierville and needed an apartment. After checking out a few complexes, I decided upon Legacy Farm. The apartments are ideally located to FedEx, were nicely laid out and well maintained. I had the good fortune of renting one of their ?Carriage Houses.? For the single person with limited furnishings, the Carriage House is ideal. An appropriate sized apartment with big rooms with lots of light. The appliances even look brand new. The amenities are ideal ? a great pool, exercise room, etc. It was very easy for my Legacy Farm apartment to quickly become my home.

The management at Legacy Farm really completes the picture. I had an excellent experience with everyone. From my initial discussion with my Leasing Consultant (Anna) to my interactions with the Property Manager (Brooke); every individual was a pleasure to deal with. Everyone was sensitive and highly responsive to my needs as a renter.

I recommend without hesitation, the Legacy Farm apartment homes.
