what's good and what's bad

Years at this apartment: 2003-01-01 - 2005-01-01

The good: very close to my office; the apartment is new and in good shape
The bad: very close to the train rack and the train run a lot at night; the public laundry room is terrible, the some of machines will take your money and don't do the work and you've to guess which one is a good machine every time;the staff used to be good, but getting worse.
