I just moved into Legacy Farm. My experience on the front end (looking at the location, filling out paperwork) was great. Kim did an excellent job with making sure everything was taken care of for my move. When I finally got all my stuff moved into my apartment, I noticed that my air was not cooling the apartment. I called the office at 5:30pm and they had the maintenence guy here in less than 15 minutes although he had already left for the day. The maintenence guy also assisted me with getting my dryer plug changed due to me having a 3 prong plug and they have a 4 prong outlet. I am on the 3rd floor and I dont hear my neighbors below me nor behind me. I couldn't even hear the movers when they were lugging my stuff up and down the stairs. My only concerns so far is how fast people drive thru the community on the main street. I guess most of the parents here know because you dont see the kids playing in the streets at all. Overall, my experience has been great. I will rate them again after 6 months.
