Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
 
Having lived here for some time now I WOULD GIVE THE FOLLING RATES.
1. GROUND KEEPING- VERY GOOD
2. NOISE LEVEL - GOOD ( VERY GOOD IF WE DID NOT HAVE 24 TRAINS A DAY PASS BY.)
3. OFFICE STAFF- A JOKE (COMMUNICATIONS)
4. MAINTENANCE- SLOW THESE ARE SOME OF THE SAME PEOPLE WHO HAVE THEIR MILK GO OUT OF DATE BEFORE THEY GET TO THE CHECKOUT.
5.SAFETY- SIDING FULL OF WEBS, THEY GET CLEANED WHEN WE HAVE A HARD RAIN. LIGHTS GET CHANGED IN THE HALLWAYS ONLY AFTER A BULB HAS BEEN INVENTED.
