I thoroughly used this website to review numerous apartments in the Memphis / Collierville area. Some of the reviews proved to be true.... while some could have been written by an angry customer having a bad day.
Anyways, I have found Legacy Farm to be very clean, charming, and safe. I have not had any problems from management, my apartment was clean, and my neighbors are fine.
I will definitely renew next year.
To other viewers on this site, these reviews are helpful, but the best thing you can do is to go and look for yourself.

Well then you are the first happy customer here. I have spoke to twenty to thirty residents and all have problems living in hell. If you don't have problems then maybe you just signed your lease. Ha, you will see the problems will come one after the other and no-one to fix them but yourself. Legacy Farms is the worst apartments complex it should be compare to section 8 living.

I am not sure what you two people's problem is. Today is my 6th month living at Legacy Farms. I am not sure what building or area you are in, but building 24 has been great for me. I am still a stisfied customer!!! : )
