This place is an expensive ghetto. Even though it puts on the pretense of being secured with the gates, they often don't work or stop anyone from getting in (just follow the car in front of you). When they do work, you have to open your window and touch this card to the reader - great in the rain and winter time.
In Collierville, the Madison at Schilling Farms, Bailey Creek, Legacy and Dogwood Creek are all Fogelman owned properties. All they care about are profits and have many hidden ways to get your money. Like concessions, they are a hidden way to recover extra money should you not fulfill your lease. You can count on rent going up with every lease, even if you have stayed there for years. And you can be assured that Fogelman will hit you up for money after move out.
As mentioned in another review, the weight room is a joke - just a place for the local hoodlums to hang out. The dumpster, in the middle of the property, is an eye-sore and needs dumping most of the time. The walls are thin, I can often here all my neighbors activities (showering, sex, phone conversations, etc).
Avoid all Fogelman properties! Recommend the Orchards and The Westbury.

Actually, the Madison, Bailey and Dogwood are not owned by Fogelman, only managed. Legacy Farm is the only property owned and managed by Fogelman. Might want to get your facts straight before posting bad comments about something you know nothing about.

Does it really matter who owns them? If the same management team is involved, then the rate of response (or lack of response) will be the same.
